"Horrible customer service Delivered flowers did not follow delivery instructions flowers were left at a door that is not used and the flowers sat out and froze over night. The flowers were sent to someone who had just lost her husband and when they called to let them know what happened they essentially replied oh well not our problem and hung up the situation was not handled with any care or grace in any manner. You would be better off just picking up flowers from the grocery store and just doing it yourself then to use this florist."
